At ONE Properties, she led integrated marketing across five consumer-facing brands and directed go-to-market strategy for three luxury high-rise launches — generating 200%+ growth in qualified leads and achieving 96% occupancy across assets within 36 months. Across a portfolio of Calgary residential for-sale communities, the marketing team drove a 270% YOY increase in online lead generation and 235% YOY growth in phone inquiries across 17 new home communities. At Porchlight Developments, she directed marketing across a $500M+ portfolio spanning 19 communities in three provinces.
